    The all-new Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel is an experience no discerning traveler will want to miss.     One of the most outstanding aspects of the hotel is its well-equipped business center. The hotel features an elegant Grand Ballroom and meeting centre fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The largest in Eastern-Bangkok, the hotel's 2,000-sq.m.-convention hall is tastefully decorated with marble and teak wood.     Located on the first floor, Grand Café serves international buffet for breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner as well as offering an all day dining a la carte menu. Highlights of each week include Friday Seafood Night and Sunday Brunch

    Biz Lounge
    Business and Wine Lounge on the first floor offers fresh coffee and freshly baked croissants in the morning, an a la carte and canapé menu at noon, and wine and cheese with tapas menu in the afternoon and evening. What’s more, it also features WIFI internet, smoking room, mini conference room and chill out area for guests.

    Swimming Pool & Pool Bar
    Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Bangkok while lounging by the large outdoor swimming pool on the 10th floor. Pool Bar offers light and healthy sandwich, freshly squeezed fruit juice and a wide variety of drinks.

    Airport Transportation
    Chauffer driven limousines, taxis and deluxe airport bus service is available on a daily basis. For information and reservation, please contact the Concierge. 

    Assistant Manager 
    On duty 24 hours a day in the lobby, the Assistant Manager will be pleased to assist you with any enquiries. 

    Baby Sitters 
    Please allow a minimum of four hours’ notice to help us make the necessary arrangement. Kindly call the Housekeeping prior to 10 p.m.

    Baggage Service and Check Out
    For baggage handling of both arriving and departing guests, please contact the Concierge.

    Check-Out Time 
    Our normal check-out time is 12 noon. However, if this time is inconvenient for you, please contact the Reception. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.

    Housekeeping
    Extra pillows, blankets, and additional suppliers to make your room more comfortable are available from the Housekeeping.

    Laundry and Valet
    For same day pressing, dry-cleaning and laundry services, please refer to the Laundry/Dry-Cleaning list for services available and delivery details. For laundry collection, call Laundry.

    Medical Services
    Our Medical Department and registered nurse are at your disposal during weekdays from 8.30 – 18.00 hrs. All other times, a doctor is on call. Please contact the Assistant Manager.

    Parking
    There is ample parking space available in the car park located adjacent to the main entrance. Please contact our doorman for a parking attendant. Car parking fees will be posted to your personal account.

    Telephone Service
    The hotel offers International Direct Dialing (IDD) from all guest rooms. A booklet containing codes and dialing instructions can be found in the drawer of your desk. A surcharge is levied on all calls. Please call the operator for assistance.

    Wake-Up Calls
