All reservations are to be made direct to Prestige Holiday Tours Co.,Ltd.,  just complete the Online booking form making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending it to us.   As soon as we receive your request we will reply within 24 hours.  You could also send an e-mail to request rates and/or make booking (full name, travel date, arrival and departure flight detail) at info@prestigeholiday.com, prestigeholiday@hotmail.com.

Availability of travel arrangements (accommodation, flights, tours etc.) has not been checked and is not guaranteed with our offers. We have not reserved or booked any parts of the journey.   If requested then we can indicate availability prior to your booking. We can confirm availability after we have received and processed your booking.  In case hotels and flights are fully booked then we will offer alternatives.

FOR FLIGHTS: Also the availability of flight seats is not guaranteed with our offers.  For individual quotations we do not check flight seat availability, as this would be useless because seats cannot be blocked and seat availability can change within minutes.  If, at the moment that you book your tour with us, the cheapest flighttickets are already sold out then we will offer you the next available cheapest tickets.

All reservations are required to be guaranteed by cash deposit pre paidmoney transfer or any acceptable credit card. Minimum deposit 50 % of the total amount for accommodation booking 100%  of total balance have to paid before arrival.
  All the bookings must be confirmed by email, official letter, tour voucher or fax only.

2. Pay with Bank Transfer

This will be advised at the time of booking.  All bank surcharges and transfer charges your own responsibility. Please kindly acknowledge transferring the full amount without deduction for any external surcharges. 

Bank transfer option is apply for booking which made at least 7 days prior to check in only for travel agency in Thailand and at least 14 days prior to check in for other.In any refund case by bank transfer, All bank surcharges or bank fees must be paid by your own responsibility. Bank fee will deduct from the refund amount automatically.

3. Cash up on arrival
All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS or THAI BAHT net and rates descriptions are based on our own contract rates.  We reserve the right to change rates given without previous notice.
1.  Full payment must be received Prestige Holiday Tours Co., Ltd. not later than Two weeks before passengers' arrival, unless special arrangements have been made. If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice.
2. Package: 50 % deposit must be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.  The balance of the Tour Cost must be paid at least 30 days before the date of departure.  If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required. This will be advised at the time of booking.  If final payments are not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and involve the cancellation fee.
All accommodation is on "Run Of House" basis. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade when necessary, from those mentioned in the package tour tariff. In addition, Prestige Holiday Tours cannot be held responsible for hotel over booking situations, when the hotel may relocate the individuals or the tour. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be in accommodation of a similar category.
During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed.
 · 01 - 05 Year's old 50 % discount from full price
 · 06 - 12 year's old 20% discount from full payment
 · 13 Year's old, full fare of payment
The guest must notify the Hotel in updated of any cancellation and reduction in the number of rooms reserved prior to the minimum notice dates stated below. In the event of notification to the Hotel after such date, a late cancellation charge will be applied as per the high seasons. 
Low Season  from May 1 – September
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to guest arrival will not be subject to cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within 14 days will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 1 night charge.
  High Season from October – April,
Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to guest arrival will not be subject to cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 28 days will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total charges. 
Peak Season from 20 December – 10 January
Cancellations made at least 48 days prior to guest arrival will not be subject to cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 days will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total charges. 
No Shows Policy: 
A reservation is considered "no show" if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and the Hotel is not notified of any emergency delays in advance notice, the Guest shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay as per room reservation made. 
Please review the service cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows
Between 21 days and 15 days prior to arrival: 10% of package price
Between 14 days and 8 days prior to arrival : 30% of package price
  Between  7 days and 2 days prior to arrival : 50% of package price
  1 day prior to arrival  or NO SHOW : 100% of package price
In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
If the payment transaction has not been processed, you may make changes to your itinerary without having to pay a service charge. However, your balance will be adjusted if the changes involve upgrades or supplementary products or services.

 If the package has already been paid in full, you can still make amendments to your itinerary.  Incremental payment, if any, will be charged to your credit card.

 If a package has already been paid in full and you would like to replace it with another entirely different package, you will have to cancel the first package and make a new purchase.
All refunds are subject to administration fee of 5% the total booking.
After commencement of travel, no refund, either in full or in part, will be given for unused services included in the program. Claims for refunds must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the tour ending, we refuse to accept responsibility for any complaints due to misinformation, false claims and the claims made are under Thai insurance law only.

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 14 - 21 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, Prestige Holiday  Tour Co.,Ltd. acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts.  As such, Prestige Holiday Tours Co.,Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be borne by passengers.
