Suvarnabhumi Airport is located about 30 kilometers east of downtown Bangkok.   At Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can meet our airport representative at Gate 9 or 10 for international flights and Exit A for domestic flights as following;
Remarks:

1.   Rate :  Transfers  prices are inclusive of tax,  fuel, tolls for expressways  etc and not apply for group booking.    Group booking
     (10 persons up)  will be additionally charged for English /Arabic Speaking Guide fee. 
      There are no hidden extras or unnecessary stops. 
      Car hire in Bangkok    includes gasoline but excludes all toll fees & express ways.
      Car hire outside Bangkok    includes all gasoline, all toll fees & express way fees.
      The other route  price can be quoted/confirmed separately.    Please contact  Reservation  for more information.
2.  Depositd & Payment :  50 % deposit  is  required.    It is possible to pay the full amount in advance a 4% credit card processing
     charge  will be applied when paid through Paypal.    You can pay for transfer service by cash directly to our driver when meeting at  
     hotel or airport.
3.  Cancellation :  Non-refundable if notification of cancellation,  flight or date changed are received less than 3 working days prior to
     arrival date.
4.  Meeting points :  At Suvarnabhumi airport our airport hostess will wait in the are a opposite door No. 9-10 in the arrival hall,
     holding  a sign with your name on it.     For pick ups from hotels or other locations, the driver will wait in the lobby.
5.  Booking should be  made at least 3 working days in advance either by e-mail to our reservation or telephone to our Bangkok Office
